2. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the Chairman of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal has now been appointed and the Tribunal is expected to commence functioning very shortly. It is, therefore, submitted that the petitioner has adequate alternative statutory remedy before the said Tribunal for redressal of his grievances.
3. In above view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the
Patna High Court CWJC No.19920 of 2014 (6) dt.20-06-2016 2/2 State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Bihar, Patna by filing appropriate appeal.
