JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 The petitioner being the husband of the complainant is apprehending arrest in Complaint Case No.943/2014, pending before the learned SDJM, Banka wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

None turned up on behalf of opposite party no. 2 on 10.12.2015. Today, also none is
