Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 18.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29403 of 2017. Allegation against the petitioner is that there is recovery of Ganza of 50 k.g.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that up till now, two witnesses has been examined and he is in custody by about one year. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Perused the report from which it appears that out of five chargesheeted witnesses, two witness have been examined and three witnesses were to be examined.

In such view of the mater, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner rather the trail Court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
