======================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-01-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 07.08.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-IV, Supaul in Criminal Appeal No. 27 of 2006, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 10.05.2006 passed by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in G.R. Case No. 835 of 2005 (Tr. No. 2070 of 2006) arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 101 of 2005 by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26(i) of the Arms Act and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for three years and one year respectively.
Having gone through the impugned judgment of conviction, I do not find any perversity in the same. However, considering the period of custody and the
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.813 of 2006 dt.21-01-2016 date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.
With the aforesaid observations, the Application stands dismissed.
