The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the informant of the case. The petitioner has alleged that Shakil Ahmad Khan and his wife Nuzhat Parween and Md. Gayasuddin came and requested the informant to invest in his company Prime Future Real Estate India Limited and Prime Future Grant Farming Indian Limited. Md. Jawed also helped the accused persons and took investment of different persons, but thereafter fled away with the entire money. It is submitted that during the course of investigation some of the witnesses have disclosed that the petitioner also persuaded some of the villagers to deposit in the aforesaid
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30849 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 company but petitioner is not the office bearer of the director of the companies.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Nagar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
