27-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 304(B)/ 201 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of 'Dowry Death'.

4. Petitioner no. 1 is elder brother-in-law (tsB) and petitioner no. 2 is elder sister-in-law (tsBkuh) of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation of demanding dowry and committing torture against petitioners. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 576 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
