The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.382 of 2015, arising out of Riga P.S. Case No.124 of 2015, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that earlier, the prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.10.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.37759 of 2016 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial of the petitioners within one year. If the trial of the petitioners is not concluded within one year, the petitioners would be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail but, in spite of

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sessions Trial No.382 of 2015, arising out of Riga P.S. Case No.124 of 2015.
