22-02-2016 After some argument, Sri Sheo Kumar Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for withdrawal of the present petition so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably on the same date, keeping in view the fact that the occurrence had taken place
