There happens to be specific disclosure against Shankar Pandit and Mithilesh Kumar to have given repeated lathi blow over head of father of informant, namely, Ram Nandan Pandit while rest have been alleged to have inflicted fist and leg over injured Ram Nandan Pandit as well as mother of the informant. It has also been alleged that articles kept inside house were destroyed.

That being so, the allegation against the petitioner happens to be crystal clear and on account thereof, is directed to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail which the learned lower court will favourably consider in the background of the finding so recorded.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46171 of 2014 (2) dt.15-04-2015 With the aforesaid observation instant petition is disposed of.
