The petitioner is in custody in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 356, 379, 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was among the person who snatched the bag of the informant containing Rs.1,02,450/- cash, Adhar Card, Voter Card, ATM, mobile phone etc.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52657 of 2019(4) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabu in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018.
