Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1766 of 2024(2) dt.17-06-2025 2/3 ORAL ORDER 17-06-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

2. This is an application for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) to the respondent authority to arrest the private respondent no. 12 to 18 who are accused in Bisfi P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner wants a proper investigation of FIR of Bisfi P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024 as the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Dy. S.P. is trying to protect the accused persons.

4. For the aforesaid relief, the petitioner is given liberty to move before the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani by filing a representation and if the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani finds that offence under Section 307 of the IPC is made out and the Dy.SP is trying to help the accused person, the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani will pass necessary directions.

5. So far as the prayer of the petitioner for protection is concerned, he will also make the prayer in his representation which is to be filed before the Superintendent of Police,
