The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 6925 of 2017 arising out of Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 540 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) (b), 48 and 41 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of illicit liquor from the place of work (water plant) of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated since no recovery has been effected from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 12.10.2017 Considering the nature of accusation, the period of
