The petitioner, being the husband of the deceased, is apprehending his arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.192 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased died of dehydration and the family members were duly informed of the same.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is an allegation of dowry
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31498 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 demand prior to the said occurrence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
