2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per prosecution case, total 4.390 kg ganja and other materials recovered from the house of the petitioners.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is no independent witnesses to the seizure list that is the violation of provision under Section 103 of the Cr.P.C. The recovery of ganja is below the commercial quantity. Charge-

No.57852 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 2/3 sheet has already been submitted after completion of investigation and there is no chance of absconding or tampering with the evidence. Petitioners are in custody since 03.07.2025. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They undertake to cooperate in the trial of the case.
5. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and period of custody, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court below, Madhubani, in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025 with further conditions:- (i) the petitioners shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his bail bonds by the Trial Court itself;
(ii) the petitioners shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidence, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for
