The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, petitioners are said to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Petitioners are the in-laws of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55352 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2022 2/2 deceased. He further submits that husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and materials available on record, as the husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Shahnawaz/- U T
