JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of appropriate order/orders, direction/directions to the concerned respondents authority to remove the encroachment made over the land, bearing Mauza-Sikandra, Khata no.173, Khesra 1389, Area 28 decimal, which is actually registered in Khatiyan in the name of petitioner's great grandfather, namely Doman Gope, but currently, the same land is encroached by the Medical Officer, Incharge of Primary Health Care Center, Sikandra, Jamui. The land is the ancestral

(ii). For direction/order to the respondents about confirmation of possession of petitioner on land in question as consequential relief of relief no. 1." 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna / the Circle Officer, Sikandra, District-Jamui, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
