Mr.Awadhesh Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 20-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 311 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that they have cheated the educated unemployed persons by charging huge amount in the name of providing job by preparing fake appointment letter.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no any explanation to show that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57446 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 the informant has paid any amount to the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

Per contra, learned APP for the State vehemently opposing the bail petition submitted that the allegations levelled against the petitioners are serious in nature, hence they do not deserve anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined the enlarge the petitioners on bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.262/2014. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
