JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Rail Buxar P.S.Case No. 53 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation is that while the informant was traveling by train three boys came and snatched his mobile and escaped away. It is submitted that except their confessional statements, there is no material against them, neither any recovery is from them nor put on TIP.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Bikki Chaurasiya @ Dharmendra Kumar Chaurasiya and Moti Yadav, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62329 of 2017 (3) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate Raily Bhojpur Ara in connection with Rail Buxar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017.
