The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 522 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that one country made loaded pistol from possession of each of the petitioners was recovered as well as from the possession of another accused Laddu Rai. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks bail only on the ground of parity that one of the co-accused Laddu Rai was admitted on bail by coordinate Bench of this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 6306 of 2018 and they have remained in custody for eight months.

No.13912 of 2018(4) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely Shatrughan Rai @ Shatrudhan Rai and Upendra Rai are directed to be released on bail after completion of nine months of custody upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 522 of 2017, with further conditions:-
(1) One of the bailors must be close family members of the petitioner.
(2) The petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the trial court and if he absent himself on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause his bail bond was liable to be cancelled.
