Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections-302, 301/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the quarrel, in question had taken place between the deceased and son of petitioner No. 1 more than 10 years back and though the victim lady died natural death, the entire family has been roped in the present case on mere suspicion. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier there was no allegation of any torture or otherwise and the family members of the deceased had participated in cremation proceeding but

Considering the nature of allegation made against these petitioners and also the fact that there is no specific overt act against them, let the petitioners, named above in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection Arwal P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) A.K.V./- U T
