This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities for protecting the life and property of the petitioner by restraining the private respondent nos. 8 and 9 from constructing the shed as well as for a direction to the Court below to dispose of the petition filed on behalf of the petitioner as defendant u/o-39

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1910 of 2025(2) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 Rule-1 and 2 read with 151 CPC on 21.05.2025 pending in the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Siwan in T.S. No. 381 of 2023.

3. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Sub Judge concerned, Siwan who is hearing T.S. No. 381 of 2023 to dispose of the injunction petition dated 21.05.2025 filed by the petitioner and the application of the petitioner dated 21.05.2025 by which the petitioner has prayed for appointment of Advocate Commissioner, within seven days from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
