JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

Victim, Pramod who was under employment of Bindeshwari Mandal as tractor driver, was taken away by Bindeshwar Mandal on 19.05.2014 to his Sasural. Bindeshwari returned back on 22.05.2014 but Pramod did not return and on account thereof, informant, Jaddo Tanti brother of Pramod inquired and being dissatisfied with the answer given by Bindeshwari that Pramod had got down at Bhagalpur filed a written report. Charge-sheet has already been submitted against all the accused persons. From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that none had seen this petitioner accompanying Pramod rather they all had stated that it was Bindeshwari who took away Pramod.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48880 of 2014 (3) dt.26-03-2015 Accordingly, petitioner, Sunaina Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon PS Case No. 219/2014.
