ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.345 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 323, 341, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant himself was an alcoholic addict and had himself sustained injuries and only to rope the petitioner in the present case, malicious allegation has been made in the F.I.R. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and the story as built up by the informant is wholly farfetched.

No.33151 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pravin Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Patna, in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.345 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
