JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was last rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.46527 of 2017 and in this case there is recovery of 50 grams of Heroin.
