2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this is an application on behalf by which the petitioner prays for issuance of an Order(s), Direction(s) or an appropriate writ directing the respondents investigating authorities to properly investigate Daudpur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024 registered under section 457, 380 of Indian Penal Code and informant / petitioner with a view to frustrate the proceeding in the interest of justice."

3. The Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra will see to it that Daudpur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2024 is investigated properly and if possible and the stolen articles be recovered.
