JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 The petitioner complains of omission and commission as well as misuse of power by the Mukhiya, Gram Panchayat Raj, Nayagaon in the district of Vaishali.
Perusal of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent No.5 the District Fisheries Officer as well as the respondent No.2 i.e. the Principal Secretary manifests that steps are being taken in the light of the complaint made by the petitioner to enquire into the allegation so raised.
In the circumstances so discussed, no further cause for indulgence is made out save and except that the enquiry so
Patna High Court CWJC No.20300 of 2014 (2) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 initiated by the Principal Secretary through the District Magistrate, Vaishali may be taken to its logical conclusion in accordance with law and after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned Mukhiya.
The writ petition is disposed of.
