JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel representing the informant.

The petitioner in this case is seeking regular bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.74 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Learned counsel further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53212 of 2019(5) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein in course of investigation the name of this petitioner has transpired as a main assailant, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to the petitioner at this stage. Let the trial be expedited.
