JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 354 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner came to the house of informant and committed vulgar acts and also used vulgar languages and when the informant made protest he caught her but she fled away inside her house and locked the door. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on the alleged date of occurrence, that is, 02.10.2015, the informant side tried to outrage the modesty of the wife of the petitioner leading to registration of Hajipur Mahila P.S case No. 24 of 2015 and thereafter the present case has been lodged. Statement has been in paragraph 3 of the petition that the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Mahila P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
