JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kachhawa PS Case No. 43 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 304B and 34 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the informant's daughter was married with the petitioner in the year 2016 and he was making demand of a car and the informant received information about death of his daughter.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant's daughter was not living in the matrimonial home as second marriage had not taken place and it is impossible that she will die by hanging from the height of 6 feet roof.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57713 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 The petitioner is the husband and his wife died an unnatural death by hanging and there is allegation of making demand of dowry.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Arun Kumar, J.) Snkumar/- U T
