Vide the aforesaid letter the learned trial court has requested for further four months time for concluding the trial reporting that out of nine charge sheet witnesses five including the informant and the doctor has been examined till date while rest witnesses are yet to be examined by the court for which summons and bailable warrants to the witnesses have already been issued and is likely to take four months more time to conclude the trial.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The Superintendent of Police, Nalanda at Biharsharif is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19855 of 2018(4) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 ensure production of the witnesses in the case on each and every date fixed without fail.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda at Biharsharif by fax for needful.
