2. Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51089 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during course of the trial, P.W. 3 i.e. the informant/father of the deceased was examined on 25.07.2022 and he has not supported the prosecution case (deposition of the informant annexed as Annexure '3-Series' to the petition). Petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2021.

4. Considering the period of custody and deposition of the informant, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
