2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mehus P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Sections 364, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

3. The FIR was registered against unknown for the killing the deceased.

4. During investigation, one Vinit Kumar has given his self-inculpatory statement from which it appears that the deceased, the petitioner and Vinit Kumar were taking ganja and solution and during course of which they had a fight in which the deceased was assaulted by Guddu and he died. The

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheikhpura/concerned Court in connection with Mehus P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024.
