Having considered the averments made in the writ petition and materials on record and upon hearing the parties, it is hereby directed that respondent No.2, namely, Superintendent of Police, Katihar, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition, do the needful in accordance with law and complete the investigation of Katihar (Nagar) (Sahayak) P.S. Case No.504 of 2015 expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months,
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.364 of 2016 (3) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 ensuring proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed and necessary security of the petitioner is taken care of.
Let a copy of this order be sent forthwith to the Superintendent of Police, Katihar, and Officer-in-Charge, Katihar (Nagar) (Sahayak) Police Station.
