For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Nilesh Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. G.S.Gupta(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by the learned counsel for the O.P.No.2.
Both the petitioner and O.P.No.2 are present in Chamber today. After much deliberation it is transpired that the petitioner is reluctant to take his wife and one small child back to their home. He is trying to barter a marital life by paying maintenance to O.P. as he is emphasizing on paying maintenance to O.P. But O.P. does not want his money by way of maintenance rather she wants to lead a married life with her husband in a proper home.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32700 of 2015 (7) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 Considering this attitude of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. It is, accordingly, rejected.
