The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 312 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and prosecution report has been submitted in the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is of recovery of 86.400 litres of liquor from an auto. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and prosecution report has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-IIcum-Special Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Excise Case No. 312 of 2021.
