JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413,414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner used to supply theft motorcycle for sale.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation levelled against him is totally false and concocted and he has clean antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute a good ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 170 of 2015 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate,

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
