For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Binod Kumar Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Aditya Narayan Singh- 1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation in the present case is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner herein having killed the victim lady, who is the wife of the petitioner herein and had then thrown the dead body in the river.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is having two children, there is no occasion for killing the victim lady. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.01.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24490 of 2018 (4) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials on record and I find that the Police have come to a conclusion that the petitioner is responsible for killing his wife on account of non-fulfilment for the demand of dowry. Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present petition is rejected. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U T
