Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Maner P.S.case No.231 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be father-in-law and mother-inlaw. There is allegation of demand of dowry and also causing death of the deceased and cremating the dead body. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are father-in-law and mother-in-law and they are living separately from the husband of the deceased. No specific allegation has been attributed against them.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53567 of 2019(3) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S.Case No.231 of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that they will co-operate in the investigation and shall appear before the police as and when required.
