2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajeshwari P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution story, the petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have murdered the informant's son due to matrimonial dispute between the deceased and his wife.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is the fufa of the wife of the deceased. Informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence. Only on suspicion, name of the petitioner transpired in this case. Petitioner is living far away from the place of occurrence. He is

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Rajeshwari P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024.
