Sundaram, learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 3 and 4 and learned counsel for the petitioner. The present contempt application has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 28.03.2007 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3729 of 2001 and other analogous cases along with C.W.J.C. No. 166 of 2005 of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party nos. 3 and 4 submits that in compliance of the order under contempt,

Patna High Court MJC No.1851 of 2013 dt.09-03-2015 the Chairman, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna (opposite party no.3) considered the representation of the petitioner by admitting his claim for holding the post of Head Master with a direction to the District Education Officer, Rohtas for payment of arrears on grant of allotment received by the State Government. Since the order, under contempt, has been complied with by the opposite party no.3, therefore, no further action is required. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of.
