In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 763 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made of burglary by the petitioners by breaking the lock and taking away the materials, and they were caught at the spot.

Petitioners carry one more criminal case of similar nature over their heads and in the present case i.e. Motihari P.S. Case No. 763 of 2015 they are in jail since 11/12/2015. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6494 of 2016 (2) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 petitioners. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
