The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 333 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the Police having apprehended the petitioner and other accused persons. As far as the petitioner is concerned, two country made pistols and two live cartridges were recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has been languishing in custody since more than six months. It is further submitted that the petitioner is accused in two other cases

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24617 of 2018 (4) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 but he is on bail in both cases.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S.
