The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 354, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and also the fact the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Town P.S. Case
