JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER -------------- 29-04-2015 When the matter has been taken up for consideration, a show cause is being filed on behalf of Opposite Party no.3, which is taken on the record.

In the aforesaid show cause it has been stated that in compliance of the order dated 06.08.2014 passed in CWJC No. 13380 of 2014 (Annexure-1) a reasoned order has been passed by the Secretary of the Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna on 12.02.2015 which has been brought on record as Annexure-A to the aforesaid show cause.

In above view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that no further action is required to be taken against the opposite parties in the present proceeding.

The present MJC application stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.

Patna High Court MJC No.4567 of 2014 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 However, the petitioner, if so advised, shall be at liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 12.02.2015 (Annexure-A to the show cause) in an appropriate proceeding before the appropriate Forum/Court for redressal of his valid grievances. If such a petition is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of the present MJC application.
