The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 09/08/2017 in Buxer ( Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 , has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner being father has been made accused on an accusation that he and his wife conspired with his son in abducting the sister of the informant, whose age as disclosed by the informant was seventeen years. He submits that from the F.I.R. itself it appears that voluntarily the sister of the informant had fled away with the son of the petitioner and petitioner has been made
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55276 of 2017(2) dt.16-11-2017 2/2 accused and taken into custody.
In view of the facts and circumstances, there is no reason to further detain the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner Ram Narayan Ram Alias Ramayan Ram be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar / concerned court in connection with Buxer ( Muffasil) P.S.
