Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner's counsel submits that the petitioner is Devar of the deceased and that the prime responsibility of the safety of wife is on husband and, as such, his implication in this case is false.
Case diary has been called for earlier. From perusal of the same, it appears that witnesses have corroborated presence of the petitioner also at the house of the victim and attributed participation of the petitioner in the occurrence. Keeping in view the nature of the allegation, this
