The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 354, 384, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have antecedent of one case which was instituted by the present informant in the year 2020 and the informant alleges

No.66971 of 2021(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/3 that the accused persons, including the petitioners, came and started abusing and assaulting, it is next alleged that Kari Sada caught hair of her daughter and dashed her on the ground, thereafter Lalan Sada tried to strangulate her by a towel by wrapping the same around her neck on account of which she fell unconscious. Karan Sada, Shipuchan Sada and Sulin Sada entered her house and took away ornaments and cash after breaking the box and even demanded extortion of Rs. 5 lakhs or else they would again commit the occurrence but when villagers started gathering, they fled.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no external injury has been found on the body of the informant's daughter as would be evident from perusal of the impugned order itself, it is also submitted that the allegation appears to be exaggerated, further no motive or reason has been assigned for committing the occurrence.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66971 of 2021(2) dt.20-07-2022 3/3 anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 427 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
