Petitioner claims to have been appointed as Panchayat Secretary in the District of Sheikhpura on 15.03.2000 and since then he is discharging the duties on the said post. His claim is that he should be given benefit of first ACP in pay band of Rs.9300 - 34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- after completion of 10 years on the post of Panchayat Secretary on 15.3.2010 itself but that has not been granted.
Petitioner places reliance upon a decision dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.2668 of 2016 dt.10-02-2017 2 / 2 5.8.2016 of a coordinate Bench of this Court rendered in C.W.J.C. No.9451 of 2013 (Brajesh Kumar Versus The State of Bihar & Ors.) and it is submitted at the Bar that this case is covered by the aforesaid decision and, as such, this case may also be disposed of in terms thereof.
Accordingly, this writ application also stands disposed of in terms thereof directing the respondent State to grant 1st ACP to the petitioner without unnecessary delay preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
