2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024 giving rise to POCSO Case No. 26 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 363, 366A, 504, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and cognizance has been taken under Section 363, 366-A, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the victim and the petitioner were in a relationship.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024 / POCSO Case No. 26 of 2024.
