JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the appellant was rejected vide order dated 22.8.2017 passed in Cr.Appeal(SJ) No. 1378 of 2017 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Submission of learned counsel for the appellant is that charge has been framed in this case on 12.10.2017 and he is in custody for nine months and he will abide by any condition that may be imposed on him, if bail is granted.

Heard learned Special P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, the appeal is allowed and the impugned order dated 16.10.2017 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST-cumAdditional Sessions Judge-I, Aurangabad is set aside. Let the appellant, above named, be released on bail on
